Our Story
Josh and Jerad, the co-founders of buds ‘n bloom in De Pere, have always envisioned creating an event space as a complement to their wedding and event design services. buds ‘n bloom is a specialty florist and event decorator that has been designing weddings, parties, business functions, interiors, and landscapes in the Green Bay Area and beyond for 12+ years.
Westlin Hall is the newest addition to our portfolio and is now available for 2020. We are excited to debut this exceptional space that has been freshly renovated. We look forward to serving you and invite you to come tour our beautiful historic space for your next event.

Josh Steger
Event Coordinator
A native of Campbellsport, WI, Josh relocated to the Green Bay Area to attend St. Norbert College. His passions in life include interior design, entertaining, floristry, and music performance.
Jerad Karcz
Florist + Event Designer
Jerad Karcz was born and raised in Howard and has had a lifelong passion for flowers, horticulture, and decorating. He is a proud graduate of NWTC. Jerad’s bridal work has been published in numerous local, state, and national platforms.
